Getting points back from a backup....

I have a good backup copy of my database, i for whatever reason i lost everyones points on my forums.

How do i go about getting them all back?

It's more complex than it sounds. You'd have to write a program to extract the points into a new mysql sheet that could just be imported is the only way I know how to do it. And that is a job for a programmer.
