how can i put the latest posts in an html page ?
 
hello

i m trying to put the latest posts in an html webpage

i found that rss and rss2 are useful

http://www.xxxxxxxxxx.com/vb/external.php?type=rss
and
http://www.xxxxxxxxxx.com/vb/external.php?type=rss2

but i didnt know how to use them in frontpage

could someone explain plz ...

It's overly complicated to get the RSS, parse it, and then put it on a static page.

Are you trying to put your own forum's posts or another forum's posts on your web page? If it's the former, it's easier and more efficient to query the database using one big-ass query and parse the appropriate text rather than parsing XML which must be generated.
