Please Help!! Two sites - One forum

I'm trying to link two sites to one forum however there are two things I'd like to do.

I'll explain about the sites first. They are both golf sites for cities in Canada which are located in close proximity. One is online, the other is not.

If you view http://forums.edmontongolf.com/ you will see that there is the Edmonton Golf logo and the WElcome to Edmonton Golf on the forum bit. I want this to remain here when a user types in that url.

However for my other site which is coming online shortly I'd like the url to point to http://forums.golfingcalgary.com and have the page display a logo for Golfing Calgary and have the text display Welcome to Golfing Calgary. Just the same as above. The thing is I want both pages to displays and update the same forum.

My questions

A.) Is this possible?
If so, how exactly do I go about doing this? Must I buy two licenses and host the 2nd site with a forum installed and have them automatically update each other type idea? If that is even possible?

B.) Is there a more efficient way about doing this?

ONe of my problems ( I think) is that my current host requires me to pay for another hosting fee for a second website. I cannot have a URL point to a folder which I believe is called Addon domain therefor I must pay another hosting fee. Do I need to have addon domain hosting to accomplish this task?

I guess if I did have addon domain I could just get rid of the logo and Welcome to Edmonton etc and make it generic for the two to share.. My main concern is the URL not changing.

Thanks in advance..
Steve
