[BUG]Members being logged out
 

I have a few members complaining that when they're asked to submit their high score, they get logged off the forum. I read the earlier thread, that stated people need to check the Remember Me box, and I asked my users to do the same. They claimed it was checked already, so I asked them to log off, and recheck it again to be sure.

Is there anything else that could be causing this though?

In AdminCP > vBulletin Options > Cookies and HTTP Header Options , you may want to try "up" the default time-out for vBulletin - by default, it's set for 900 seconds. Some of the games may actually take longer than that before it comes time to submit the score, but be aware, that changing the 900 second time out will also effect how long a user is shown as online. By the way, MrZeropage has stated that this particular issue has been addressed in the upcoming release of v2.5.5+. Unknown when v2.5.5+ will be released.
