Hidden Until You Post...
 
I remembered seeing this on an Invision board, and wasn't sure if there was anything like it for vBulletin. Basically if someone wanted to see the post they had to post in that thread first. It was some sort of a hide command, but I wasn't able to find anything when I searched here. Figured someone may know what I am talking about. It helped lessen lurkers to areas of the board without competely alienating them from those areas.
