How can users buy ribbons for others? I enabled the setting in the options but don't know where to enable it.

How can I edit what a ribbon is for?

How can I edit the price of ribbons and gifts so that some gifts and ribbons cost more than others?

Is there a way to make it so people can see options they can't buy? Currently if someone clicks on buy ribbons/gifts and they don't have enough money then they aren't even brought to the display page.

It should be good to go if you set it to yes in the options.

You can't unless you want to create a new store item for each price level. You would then have to create new folders for each price level, like ribbons2, ribbons3 and then put the ribbons you want in each of those folders. Then each folder is going to need a new action file. So it might be more work than it's worth unless you can figure out how the action files work and where to place the code.

Currently I don't think you can. It would be kind of nice to have the check to see if the user has enough points done during the checkout process instead of before you view the item.
