Lottery?

There is a hack for IBPro that is a lottery where the jackpot grows BUT the users buy tickets and can quick pick or pick there own numbers
I know there is a setting on when the jackpot is hit but this lottery in VB could use some work.
I ran a test lottery the other day sold 210 tickets one winner next test we had 2 tickets sold and 1 winner

The lottery system could be improved I'm sure, but at the moment, I've other things on the list higher up. I'll see about adding something to the list todo though.
