Monitor Links

Hey guyz, I had a quick look around if this existed but I couldn't find anything

I have forums set up that redirect straight to other websites, and I have banners set up using a forum banner hack that also link directly to the website.

If there anyway I can monitor these links... So that I can see how many people click it, and any other information, like where the people are from [if possible].
