thread show enhancements and limitations on guests
 

hi everyone.

Am new here, so hope people will help me on one small issue.

I want to know if there is some hack that helps to achieve the following.

1. Un Registered user is shown just a small part of the thread, say just 150 words from the post and then a message displays that, he has to register in order to view the full thread. I think this will help in increasing the forum registrations.

If above isnt possible, then something of this nature.

2. User is given a message that he has to register to view thread contents, but still the total thread count and thread titles show on all forums.
