Reset Expiring Purchases?
Is there a way to reset expiring purchases by a particular user? Or for all users?
The reason why I ask is because it seems like some items aren't expiring properly (username color). I'm guessing this has something to do with reseting the histories and such? If I manually empty the vbp_nametextcolor field, will that reset the color? |
Has the user been active since the time has expired?
It only expires when they log in after the time has expired. -CMX |
Yes, the user has indeed been active after the expiration date.

What option did you have to try an expire? Some options the expire field is not supported for.

For this particular user, it's the username color.

Did u set the item to expire before or after they already had it, if u set it after they already had it, it wont expire it since they purchased it when it was not set to expire.

It was set prior to the user making the purchase.
Is reseting expirable items difficult to do manually? |
My gifts were set to expire after 7 days. They haven't expired yet....
|
There are quite a few times that are not expirable.
Gifts & Ribbons are some of them. I think I'm going to add a new hidden field that is not editable to hide the expire option for options that are not expirable. -CMX |
So is it not possible to manually reset expired items for items that do expire?

All times are GMT. The time now is 11:10 PM. |
