Mass Usergroup Editor

This is something I wish was integrated into vBulletin by default. It's too hard to change settings for usergroups; everytime I'd like to change a setting, I have to change it for 5 additional usergroups. It'd be cool if we could change settings for multiple usergroups on one form.
