How to exclude a page from Who's Online?

Hi,

How can I exclude a page from updating a user's latest activity on the "Who's Online?" page? I wrote a hack that creates a small iframe on each post, which means that when people view threads, their last activity is listed as loading the iframe, rather than the thread itself.
