Need help with redesigning look and content
 

Please see our website, www.immigrationportal.com. We need some help with redesigning the placement of content as well as the user interface. Right now, some things are hard to find.

First off, you need to completely overhaul the theme, as the current one (which is essentially the default theme) looks quite bad. Get in contact with a custom skinner. The owner of forum-lance.com does nice work for very reasonable rates. Might want to speak with him. And it is pretty overwhelming in terms of the sheer number of forums. Find a way, possibly though further use of the subforums system, to make it less overwhelming. And for that matter, given the massive amount of info on your site, it might be worthwhile to install a custom page creation mod and use it to make a guide for those new to the process, as the immigration process is rather complex. Other than that, what is key is that given the size and the scope of the forums, that you install adequate staff and security tools. For instance, something like Locked Post Moderation would be worth adding if you currently lack it. Now, if you have specific design changes in mind, it would serve you well to share that information with us so that you can recieve better feedback.
