nav bar gone after update

I just upgraded my vbulletin version to 3.5 and when I did it added the nav bar below the box that displays what forum your in and when you last visited. Then I updated my skin version to and now the nav bar is gone? How can I get it back? Any help is appriciated. :nervous:

if you have a custom skin I suggest asking the skin designer

TIP: Make sure $navbar exists on template (if custom)
