Framesets?
 
I'm told I need to create a "frameset" to get rolling scroes from a sport site.

I'm not sure how to do this and everything I've seen doesn't go into great detail.

the only requirement is it has to be 44 pixels tall. This is through ESPN and I'm not exactly sure what or how to do this. any help would be appreciated.

I would prefer a a sports RSS but have not seen one developed here yet.

Anyone know how I go about creating a Frameset? I've seen it talked about but no actual tutorial or anything.
