Making a navbar into an Windows XP theme.
 

I want to make my navabar look like the trey the bottom of the screen. The website is www.computercreators.com

the start bar would go to the home page and then the each window would represent a diffrient link. When click on or the mouse goes over it, it will look liked an open window in Windows. The task bar would go on the right with an active clock. Do you understand? I need some help on how to do this and what to do.

1. I don't see what you are referring to at the website linked. Which style are you looking at for starters?

2. I don't understand what you are requesting at all. The start bar (assuming you mean like the start button in windows) would be located where exactly. And then are you asking for like some type of vbmenu structure that would pop up with the forum navigation options within the menu itself?

Very unclear to me what you are asking for exactly. Sorry.
