vb.org Archive - Front page portal full of RSS feeds

I am looking to use a portal for Vbulletin that will allow the entire front page of the portal (main body section) to display 10 RSS feeds from a user selected list of RSS feeds.

Example:

User 1 picks cats,dogs RSS feeds from a list
User 2 Picks pigs,cows RSS feeds from a list
User 3 Picks nothing Default

each users Portal page show there selected RSS feeds, a default USer3 shows a random selection from the list etc..

I also have some bigger plans and could use the help of a more advanced coder to partner with for a professional website that will genreate income with little to no money out of your pocket. Willing to discuss options.
