Can this be done
 
If adding a forum as a link in there any way of putting the sites banner in the bit I've marked red

Any help with this would be very much appreciated and I don't mind paying a coder for the work

this seems like somthing that will annoy your members. as im sure it is possible, i would go about this another way.

I have added a few links at the bottom of my forum home page but the last post part just looks so empty so I thought a few inages in there would make it look not so blank
