Make sure you select 'Remember Me' when logging in.

To fix this, try the following:
- Make sure you check the "Remember Me" box when logging in
- In your AdminCP->vBulletin Options reset the Cookie Domain & Path to their default.
- Create a new Style with no Parent set. Do you have the same problem with the new style?

Check the modifications you have made to the navbar template.

I'm also having this problem. It's not the ticking the remember me box so what is it? Any ideas because it's driving me and my members mad!

I am having the same problem.. I would check the navbar template, but what do I look for? Ticking the "remember me" does not work, and I do not find the "Cookie Domain & Path" where it was suggested to look for it. Help?

Some of my users are also experiencing this problem and they are savvy enough that I trust them when they say they have checked the "remember me" box.

The problem only occurs when they close their browser and then open up a new browser and return to my website.

Tell them to logout, delete their cookies, login with remember me ticked.
