Where can I find this Links system ?

I'm looking for a links system like this for my vb. I like this a lot, seen another type system here http://www.diptera.info/weblinks.php (don't think the latter is vb)

Any ideas? Searching hard and long and not coming up with anything.

<a href="http://www.wildaboutbritain.co.uk/nature/" target="_blank">http://www.wildaboutbritain.co.uk/nature/</a> is either a Joomla or Mambo CMS. Unfortunately, neither of them can be linked to a vB in a way that doesn't completely f-up the vB (I tried).

The only links directory system that I know works well for vB is over HERE
I use it on my site, I think the price is worth it.
