Calendar event begin and end on same day

I have a problem with calendar i can't seem to make the following work. I make a new calendar event and give in begin start date and time on the end date i cant input the same date as the begin date. What do i need to change to allow begin and end on the same day.

All times are GMT. The time now is 10:18 AM.
