Simple Issue Needs Fix

VB likes logins Case Sensitive. Well, it doesn't remind members anywhere about that. I need to change (on the front page login bar and on other login pages) it to remind users that Login Details are CASE SENSITIVE.

While I'm at it, how do I modify the Welcome text for guests? [Edit]Fixed that.[/Edit]
