pull topics from a forum into a rss feed?

Hello,

I am creating my own toolbar, i wish to have my forum news on it in an RSS feed, i'm not sure if there is an RSS generator already, but if there is can someone hotlink me?

or if it doesnt can someone create it and save me a bit of time?

Go into the admin section and click on "vBulletin Options", then scroll down the list to "External Data", there are a couple of options, make sure RSS is checked.
