Putting a proxy address automatically to every link

Hello,

I am looking for a hack that makes users to visit the link using a proxy.

For example if i give link to google at my forum, when someone clicks the link it must work like :

http://proxyaddress.com?google.com or something similar

So it will make users feel more secure.

Is there a hack like that and is anyone know a public proxy address that i can use it with this hack??
