Prevent modarators from moving threads

I there a modification gives me the ability to prevent my moderators from moving threads to a certain forum? That means they will still have the ability to move threads to any other forums except that forum.

Just don't give them Posting permissions in that forum.

I think you didn't get what I mean. Suppose that I have 4 forums on my board: 1, 2, 3, and 4. Forum 1 has a moderator called 'A', forum 2 has a moderator called 'B', 3 & 4 have no moderators. Now moderator 'A' can move threads from forum 1 to any other forum. He can move threads to forums 2, 3 & 4. Modarator 'B' also can move threads to forums 1, 3 & 4, but of course he can't move threads from those forums to forum 2.

What I want to do is to exclude forum 4 from the moving permission so the moderators can move threads to any other forum except that forum. So in our example moderator 'A' can move threads to forums 2 & 3 only, and moderator 'B' can move to 1 & 3 only.

Well my answer stay the same. If he don't have posting permission to Forum 4, he will not be able to move threads there.

Sorry but you are wrong in that. I have a forum called 'Deleted Threads' and no one can post in it, but in the same time any moderator can move any thread from the forum he moderate to that forum, though he doesn't have posting permission to it.

Tested and you are correct.

I would consider this a bug, and will create a bug report for it.

Seems it was mentioned before and marked "Working as Designed".

Just to put a bit of presure on this, you could create a new bug report (or post in the old one), asking to reconsider this. (either block if no posting, ot add a new permission).
