repling problem...

Everything was working fine, until I upgraded to 3.5.4

Everytime someone replies, I get a blank page. Same goes when making a new thread. The information goes through; the new post is posted, the new thread is posted, but everytime after clicking the submit button, it goes to a blank page. I tried everything from removing ajax, to replacing newthread.php and newreply.php. I know I did something wrong, except I don't know what I did wrong. <=/

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Create a new Style with no parent set. Try with this new style, do you still have the same problem?

Nope, still blank. Someone in vbulletin.com posted the same issue. I'm going to try and over-write all the php files.

disable plugin system and use default vb style ...
now test...
if problem doesn't exist your problem is in a plugin...
enabled/disable each product/plugin until you find the problematic plugin--once you find it you can ask for help from the hacker who created plugin

if problem does exist you have a more serious problem

Do you have google ads after the first post? Problem it causes is when you use quick reply. The ajax quickreply uses doesn't allow the adsense ads to display so the screen just hangs on a GET call. Revert your postbit legacy (or postbit) template and it should fix the problem.

Personally I think it's something with ff and 3.5.4. I created a new style with no parent, disabled plug-ins and it still does that for me too, the quick reply goes through but you have to refresh the page because it just sits there blank and loading.

One thing I did notice though is it's only affecting admins. So far everyone else says it's working for them except another admin, but only in FF, works in ie.
