I need a mod for the postbit area, that adds a link to a url and then tracks how many times a user/poster clicks that link

kind of like this:

Vote Here: Top100(the top100 would be the link to the top100 site)

awww come on, this has got to be a simple mod, can someone please help me, I could really use something like this.
