moderators checkup

I'm looking for something for the admins and moderators, specially to large forums

a little product/plugin that will allow the users and the mods to check/click on something within the thread to notify other moderators that this thread has been moderated, this way it'll save alot of time for other moderators..

now the icon that will be shown to the moderators telling them that the thread has been monitored, it'll be shown on forumdisplay

can someon do it?
