if i have a VB licence ### how can i check who its licenced to? can u give me a LINK?

You can report the license number there (and if you have the url where it is used). Jelsoft will check all reports and take action if needed.

Due to privacy you will however never get feedback on this.

if he he switched owner ship to you...should it be listed under your liscenses at vb.com members area?

You can not, only Jelsoft can.

In cases like this (someone gave/sold you a license) you should always contat sales, otherwise you might find yourself later back in a piracy report. Sales must update the license information or your site would be show as unlicensed to them.
