Hello! I want to force people to read the three most annoyingly and frequently broken rules on a forum, but I can only think of two ways to do this. One is to force them to take a quiz before being allowed to register (I don't like this one too much). The other is to make them answer a question before allowing them to post in (or gain access to, whichever one's easier) certain areas of the forums. I like this idea better, and this is the one I'm requesting a mod for!

If anyone knows of a better way to do this (or knows a simple way to make this idea work), please let me know! Also, if this mod already exists, please point me to it! I searched the .com and .org forums thoroughly, to no avail.
