using login.php template

I've got a mod that I wish to use the login.php template

how do i go about doing it?

(like the header, footer etc.)

i mean, using the same template/layout (as seen in the screenshot) utilised by login.php for my script. possible?

Well copy loghin.php, strip all you don't need, then add your custom code.
