Template issue after post 4 always

For some reason on one of my sites, after post #4 the template gets funky, see the image below. What could be causing this?
I am running the 3.5 mod for google adsense after the first post...
Please advise, here are some screen shots.

also notice that the right side column gets booted to the bottom of the page as such (see image)
