amount of characters needed to post.. usergroup set??

Is there anyway I can change the amount of characters needed to be written to be able to post in a forum per usergroup?

At the moment everybody has to write at least 15 characters, and I like that, as long as me and the other admins can write just 1 character..

If there isn't any way, are you interested in making it reality?
