How Do I Download Files Here ?
 
I HAVE VALIDATED MY A/C THRU MEMBERS PAGE @ VBULLETIN.COM

BUT WHENEVR I AM DOWNLOADING SOMETHING IT IS DOWNLOADING IN php FORMAT WHAT DO I DO ??
