vb.org Archive - Include an upload script into vBulletin page

Hi, I've got an upload script (3 files), that i wish to include into a vBulletin-powered page. The purpose is because I want to make use of the permissions system, to restrict access to members-only.

How do I go about adding the script in? It has 3 files - index.php (the main page with the variables as well as the upload form), upload.php (this would be executed once the user uploads the file and will display whether if the file is successfully uploaded or not), config.php (determines the upload limits etc, database config etc.)
