To stop your members posting Hot Links in threads and do away with the Automatically parse links in text box

did what suggested but in the editor as soon as i press enter, it auto turns hot link!

Any way to apply this same hack to the quick reply function and the quick edit? It works fine for new threads, new replys, and advanced edit... but not quick replies.
