Header Image Code?
 
I've been racking my brain trying to figure this out. I'm a html novice, but learning...

What code would I use to create a header image - a background I suppose, that I then could place my site logo and a banner on top of?

I am guessing it to be used in the header template.

Add that code to the <td> that contains the <img src="$stylevar[titleimage]"...> code and switch out IMAGEURL for the bg's URL.

Looks like this (the bg pic is only like 30 pixels high):
