i can not Change My Announcement
 
I set an announcement a couple days ago in the arcade. Now When i try to change it, it always displays the old one. i have deleted the old announcement, pasted new one in box. Click save settings and the old announcement shows up in the box in the admin page and on arcade home. How can this be?
