Contact you host and ask them to fix (restart might be enough) mySQL

Do you know what is causing this so I can give them some kind of information as to what is wrong.

Mysql has broken, it's a server issue that could have many causes, there is no way for you to tell.

Site5 seems to think that there are no problems with mysql and they mentioned something about this being remedied quickly on the node... w/e that means.
