Predefined PM's?

I really would like to see a function that made it possible to add (in adminCP, and for admins and/or mods only) an archive of predefined PM's ready to be chosen from when sending out mass-PM's to our moderators, or a standard piece of text to send out to users that has done something we don't like, or as answers to constant questions like "can you change my name?" "can I have a custom usertitle" "how come you get to use shockwave or flash as a second avartar".

Edit: Would be nice if it looked somewhat like this:

..and some kind of option to choose when sending the PM's.. maybe a collapsable (pre-collased) table with the options beneath the PM editor? with a "choose" button or something.. that pastes the predefined PM in the editor.. or just copies it to the clipboard?
