Hacks for a survey site?
 

I'd like to know if there are hacks available for the following:

1. Thread rating: Is there a hack that will allow thread rating only on a reply and also show the user's rating on the reply post, say on the post date bar? This is to force people to anwer a topic and not just rate the thread as a lurker.

2. Limit number of replies: Is there a hack that will limit the number of replies each user can add to a topic? For instance, this would be used for a survey topic where each user is allowed to reply once to the initial question.

3. Form replies: erm...looks like I found one here. Great.

My question is, are there currently available mods for these or would I need to make them myself? I'm creating a survey board and am wondering if vB is the right way to go. Also, if anyone else knows of a survey type board using vB, I'd really like to see how it looks and functions. I'm aware of vB's poll feature and might look into that some more, but it's currently not robust enough either.
