sig host?

I was wondering, I saw this option before for either vb3 or vb2. I was wondering if it would be possible with vb.3.5 to add a sig host? When they go to edit there signature, they can choose to upload it from there computer, or upload it to a directory on the forums...

if this has been done for vb3.5 and i passed over it please lead me in the direction.
