New thread button in strange place..

Could someone look at the forum I'm setting up and see if you can tell why the new thread button is in wrong spot... plus if you click on it isn't linked to a new thread but opens a thread.

UPDATE: Just figured it out. The newthread button gif file was labled wrong.
