This would be set in PROFILE . users would be rating other members PROFILE

additional options:
Top "Rated" User : ( eg: Mucho ( rated 378 times ) )
Top 10 ( or 25 ) highest rates members :
Jane 9.93
Bob 9.92
Jill 9.90
Larry 9.89
etc. etc.

Usergroup permission: Certain group can see WHO rated them and what that person rated them
Usergroup permission: Certain group can rate others ANONYMOUSLY
Usergroup permission: User can disable getting rated ( if they turn OFF getting rated then they can NOT rate others )
Admin option : Set how many days before a member can rate same member again ( sort a like REPUTATION )
Admin option : Can member rate self ? YES | NO
Admin option : Allow multiple rating from same i.p. ? YES | NO
Admin setting: Usergroup allowed to rate members
Admin option : Hide who rated ? YES | NO
Admin option : Admin can reset ALL users ratings to 0 with 1 click
Admin option : If the top rated person dont buy the admin some donuts hiss/her ratings received will all drop down to all 1s

Have you contacted g-force2k2 to see if he/she planed on porting this to vB3.5x?

Doubt he/she would respond. g-force hasn't been on in two years :p

I looked at the profile briefly and didn't realize it said Feb 2004. 3:30am is my excuse :p
