PmWiki/Simple Machines integration hack - possible to mod for vBulletin?

A lot of us have been clamoring for Wiki integration, based on comments I've seen in other posts.

There's a "recipe" for Integrating PmWiki with Simple Machines Forum on the PmWiki site. Could the recipe be easily modified for vBulletin 3.5?

That recipe appears to duplicate what this article describes, no? This apparently still works in vB 3.5 (example).

The article reads "Here is some base code for authenticating. This is not a working example, it is only a starting point." It doesn't look like a complete step-by-step forumula, but rather an outline for future integration work.

Looks like the LearnMed site you used as an example is down. :(

Funny that I just came here searching for a Wiki solution for our site and found this thread. We neeeeeeed Wiki for Vbulletin - so, so, so rad.

Unfortunately I'm no programmer and need some of you power nerds to help me out.

Ooh, you're right, it is down. It was down several days ago as well I think, and then came back up again, if I recall. I got to try it out on that site and it seemed to work. Supporting threads here and here and here.

No step-by-step instructions, unfortunately - or at least none that I can see. There's a lot of code snippets thrown around, but nothing like: a) do this, b) so that, c) change these lines in this file to this, and so on..
