Increasing the Limit of File Uploads

Title says it all can anyone help? I've tried looking through everything :nervous:

ADMINCP/ ATTACHMENTS/ EXTENSIONS & SIZES

uploading files is also controlled via server settings (contact host if you want to increase the default setting--usually 2-5mb)
