Ok so heres my idea.


I want to write the HTML code to have a tab that scrolls up and down with you as view the forums or even on any normal webpage. When you click this tab it expands out and there is a webpage in it that cant be changed unless you click links.

Heres my idea in full though...So when someone is viewing the forums (this will be global forum code) they scroll up and down and click this tab to expand it. Inside this tab will have a webpage I have on my website so you can join our IRC via a Java IRC Client. Bascially what I need to know (or linked to stuff) is how to do the following

• Expandable/Collapsable tab with a webpage in it
• Make it scroll up and down with you as you view the page (collapsed and expanded)

The webpage I want to place inside of it is this -> http://www.vacdisabled.net/vdirc - it will open this page because it opens to a Java IRC client everyone who views the boards it will lag and have them install a Java IRC Module, which is the main reason why I did not just put it on the bottom of the forum (globally of course).

And I think thats about it.

NO ONE knows about/how to do this?
