Gap between forum categories?

My forum (http://www.performancecarclub.co.uk/forum/) has all the forums on the front page one after the other and the column titles once at the top of the page

I would like it to be more like www.seoboard.net and have the category then column titles then forums and then a space before the next set

Help?
