Hack that allow to send EMAIL to inactive users.

Hello,

i am requesting for modification which can allow me to send an EMAIL to those users which are inactive on my forums.

I know therez automatic email sending to inactive users hack here, but i want

to send email manually.

you can generate a mailing list with members that have not been active for x many days and email them that way
