Ad placement

Does anyone know how to make adbrite ads showup on the left or right side of the forums instead of at the header or footer? I don't see how to do this because the code seems to come from adbrite designed for a header or footer. I was looking to make it something like google adsense skyscaper banner ad. Any ideas?
